Promptberth was founded in 2020 by two Hong Kong Polytechnic University alumni who met at a blockchain meetup. They noticed a frustrating gap: AI tools like ChatGPT Plus and Midjourney required credit cards, excluding millions of crypto users worldwide. Motivated to bridge AI and decentralized finance, they built a marketplace where subscriptions are paid exclusively in USDT and other cryptocurrencies.
